Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably and is deleted automatically after a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

Our "Request a repair" form only opens your device's own email application with a pre-filled message to office@schaider.eu. Your entries are not transmitted to our server and are not stored by us. Only once you send the email from your own email application do we process the data it contains (name, email address, message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: performance of, or steps prior to entering into, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Google Analytics

If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies that allow a pseudonymous analysis of your usage behaviour (e.g. pages visited, time spent, referrer). The data generated may be transferred to Google servers in the USA; Google has committed to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. User data at Google is limited to a 14-month retention period.
